AJC are committed to the training and development of talent. We take on Improvers/ CTP (ex army) who may have transferable skills, but want to take their learning and career in the carpentry industry to the next level.
This scheme is aimed at people who will operate full-time onsite for two years, with a Smart Trainer/ AJC buddies assessing their work to help earn the NVQ Level 2 Site Carpentry and Joinery qualification.
As with our Apprenticeship scheme we provide a basic carpentry tool kit and the potential to earn while learning, so you can gain a carpenters CSCS card and the right qualification.
